| Academic Classrooms and Athletic Facilities may be reserved for event(s), as needed, based on availability after the academic classes have been assigned. Athletic Facilities also are constricted by athletic schedules and student activities (intramurals and club sports) that also have assignment priority. | |

| · After May 1st for summer sessions | |
| · After August 1st for the fall semester | |
| · After December 1st for the spring semester | |
| Athletic Spaces: | |
| Event reservations for Athletic Facilities will open for event reservations and be accepted based on the following criteria: | |
| · After the third week for the fall semester | |
| · After the third week for the spring semester | |
| · After the third week of May for the summer semester |
